CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico at 7:06 <br />p.m. Mayor Pico led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Sharrell Michelotti and Mayor Tom Pico. Staff <br />members present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Scott Baker, Interim Director <br />of Public Works Operations; James W.
