MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />October 16, 2001 <br /> <br />6:15 P.M. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />Conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation (Currin v. City of Pleasanton). <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Vice Mayor Sharrell <br />Michelotti at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Michelotti led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She welcomed <br />everyone to the newly refurbished Council Chambers and invited the citizens to see the <br />remodeled City Hall once it is complete. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, and Vice Mayor Sharrell Michelotti. <br />Staffmembers present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; and Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico was absent and excused. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6a, approval of Land Disposition Agreement with Bridge Housing, was removed <br />from the agenda by staff and continued to November 6, 2001. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions be <br />taken: <br /> <br />a. Approve City Council Minutes for 10/02/01. <br /> <br />b.
