Accept the report on the remodel and expansion of 200 Old Bernal Avenue building, the <br />reuse of 157 Main Street and the Civic Center Master Plan Project. (IR 01:036) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01-103, appointing the 2002 Advisory Board for the Pleasanton <br />Downtown Business Improvement District. SR 01:234) <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01-104, making appointments to various Commissions and <br />Committees. (SR 01:240) <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />5. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Dave Bouchard, President of the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce, announced the <br />Pleasanton Technology Marketplace on October 23, 2001. He presented commemorative T- <br />shirts to each Councilmember. He said that this has been a successful event over the years <br />because of the strong partnership between the City and the Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br /> Ellen Penske and Dick Fitzmorris described the theme of the event and the schedule of <br />programs and presenters. <br /> <br /> Gail Gilpin described the Joint Venture Silicon Valley's List of the 50 Fastest Growing <br />Companies and the award being presented. Sandra Williams-Smith accepted the award on behalf <br />of Appiant Technologies and Diana Jacobs accepted the award for Commerce One. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />(Items 6a and 6b were heard in reverse order.) <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />Amendments to Cooperative Fee Agreement.
