CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Conference with Labor Negotiator Deborah McKeehan regarding application of military <br />leave for any affected City employee. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico at 7:02 <br /> <br />Councilmember Dennis led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti and Mayor Tom <br />Pico. Staff members present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Randall A. Lum, Director of Public Works; Brian Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; and Gail Gilpin, Economic Development Manager. <br /> <br />3.
