(SR00:319) Review the bids and award the contract for the Livermore~Pleasanton Fire Station No. 4 and Administration Building, CIP 948046; receive and concur with the Livermore-Plessanton Fire Department Joint Powen Authority Board and Livermore City Council recommendations to have the City of Pleasanton overrule the hid protest end award a construction contract for the subject project to Ramlor Corporation of Pleasanton; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract for the project in an amount not to exceed $5,436,669; authorize a supplemental appropriation to the Pleasanton share of the project budget in the amount of $1,402,424 from the General Fund Reserve.
