It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Campbell to (1) adopt <br />Resolution No. 00-147, approving the revenue bend fiuaneing of the export pipehe <br />facilities project by the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency, <br />authorizing execution of robted sewer servlee contract and rehted matters, <br />hiehiding the Finanehig Administration Agreement, eonditioned upon approval and <br />execution of the Finanehig Adminbtration Agreement by DSRSD; (2) approve the <br />D~posit and Escrow Agreement between the City, the Dublin San Ramon Services <br />District and the BNY Western Trust Company; and (3) approve the Bond Purchase <br />Agreement and the Engineer's Report as further deseribed and attaehed to the staff <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />A YES: Councilmemben - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seeonded by Ms. Miehelotti, to adopt <br />Resdution No. 00-148, apprnving the Second Supplemental Agreement for <br />wastewater disposal services with Dublin San Ramon Services District addressing <br />additional enpacity allocations. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilrnambers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Micbelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico thanked the members of Council and staff as well as the public for <br />moving this issue through the process. This has been a thirteen year process and is <br />deserving of a celebration on its accomplishment. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis agreed this is an historic agreement and everyone has worked very <br />hard on it. She is looking forward to solving the remaining controversy. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala said four years ago, at her first meeting, one of her goals was to move <br />the pipeFree forward. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti believed that having a unanimous vote on this is a good faith effor~ <br />on behalf of Council. Although she disagreed with some of the preliminary steps, she felt <br />there was a better financing plan in place now. Together we will all move forward. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico addressed comments to the DSRSD Board and hoped to have <br />continuing dialogue on the issue of RO and believed that all were living up to <br /> <br />Pi~m~nton City Council <br />Minutes 19 12/05/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
