CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Miehelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following <br />aetions be taken: <br /> <br />Approve the City Cotmcil Minutes for 10/17/00 <br /> <br />Proclaim November 15, 2000 as "Geographic Information System (GIS) Day" in <br />Pleasanton. (SR 00:306) <br /> <br />Approve monthly disbursements, Investment Report, COPS AB3229 expenditures <br />report, and claims for September 2000 in the mount of $7,857,461.80. <br />(SR 00:289) <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 00:048) <br />No aetion was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approve a crossing guard on Case Avenue at Pleasanton Middle School. <br />(SR 00:285) <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 00-124, authorizing the City Manager to execute a <br />Memonmdum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the <br />Pleasanton City Employees Association mending salaries and conditions for <br />enumerated classes of employees, and mending the 2000/01 Budget. <br />(SR 00:287) <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 00-125, accepting and appmving the report of the <br />Plessanton Downtown Association Advisory Board, declaring the intention to <br />levy an annual assessment for 2001 and establishing a time and place for the <br />public hearing on the proposed assessment. (SR 00:282) <br /> <br />Approve the consultant contract with Carollo Engineers for the Vineyard Corridor <br />Sewer System Update and authorize the City Manager to execute the contact for <br />a not to exceed mount of $40,000. (SR 00:294) <br /> <br />Approve the plans and specifications for Kottinger Place Apartments parking lot <br />improvements, review bids; authorize the City Manager to sign the contract with <br />Blossom Valley Consreaction, Inc., in the amount of $112,140; authorize an <br />increase in the construction contingency for the subject project to 15 percent of <br />the construction cost, in the mount of $16,821; and allocate an additional <br />$57,000 from the City's Lower Income Housing Fund.
