154 <br /> <br />Tri-Valley Tranaportation Council <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico pointed out that at the last meeting there was a proposal that came forward to <br />create an Pastern Corridor Executive Committee to review Route 4 and Highway 84 and to <br />oversee and manage a planning process that would produce a consensus and need for an eastere <br />corridor and the alignment of the corridor. He felt that Council should give him direction of <br />support or opposition. <br /> <br /> Mr. van Gelder felt that action is not required at this time.. He stated that in <br />approximately one month staff would be able to report to Council with more accurate <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />There was a brief discussion regarding the City's participation in this matter. <br /> <br />LAVMA/TWA Joint Powers Agreement <br /> <br /> Changes m the LAVMAFFWA Joint Powers Agreement will be placed on the <br />July 20, 1993 Regular City Council agenda. <br /> <br />Election Reforms <br /> <br /> In response to Mayor Tarver's question, Ms. Acosta stated that the term limitation will <br />be placed on the July 20, 1993 Agenda. <br /> <br />11.
