She did not intend to sk for reconsidemiozt She pointed out <br />that this is for pathways only and does not change the uses in the park. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico requested addin~ to the presentatio~ of the Task Force on February 1S a <br />City Council resolution of intent that ff any portion of the 430 acrm is sold by the City <br />the proceeds will be used only to retire bonded indebtedness or for financing public <br />facilities or infragructu~ on the site. He felt it was important to take an action on that <br />before March 7 so the voters will have as much information as possible about the intent <br />of the Council. <br /> <br />Ms. Acosta said that would be on the agenda as a separate item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet also wanted to be cortain future land usos would b~ subject to a <br />vote of the people. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said that is already in the ballot measure and any chsnSe to the land <br />uses voted on by the people would require another vote of the people. <br /> <br />8.
