She did not intend to sk for reconsidemiozt She pointed out that this is for pathways only and does not change the uses in the park. Mr. Pico requested addin~ to the presentatio~ of the Task Force on February 1S a City Council resolution of intent that ff any portion of the 430 acrm is sold by the City the proceeds will be used only to retire bonded indebtedness or for financing public facilities or infragructu~ on the site. He felt it was important to take an action on that before March 7 so the voters will have as much information as possible about the intent of the Council. Ms. Acosta said that would be on the agenda as a separate item. Mayor Tarvet also wanted to be cortain future land usos would b~ subject to a vote of the people. Mr. Roush said that is already in the ballot measure and any chsnSe to the land uses voted on by the people would require another vote of the people. 8.
