Pico. and Mayor Tan, er <br />NOES: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> (Four votes were required to add this item to the agenda: therefore the motion <br />failed.) <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis believed it was the Planning Commission' s decision whether or not to <br />hold meetings and the Council should not give direction in that regard. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver felt the San Francisco property was the most important <br />development left in the City of Pleasanton and if it is important to have the full Council <br />present to consider the matter. then it is equally important that the full Planning <br />Commission should also be present. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following <br />actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 09/20/99. <br /> <br />b. Proclaim October 11-15. 1999 as Fire Prevention Week <br /> <br />Proclaim Octoberl 5.16. and 17.1999 as Help Children With Developmental <br />Disabilities Days. <br /> <br />Approve monthly disbursements. investments. and COPS AB 3229 expenditures <br />report for August 1999. (SR 99:289) <br /> <br />Approve request from the Tri-Valley One-Stop Career Center for financial <br />support and appropriate S10.000 for FY-1999/2000 and $10.000 for FY <br />2000/2001 from the General Fund to assist with the operating costs. (SR 99:287) <br /> <br />Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Group 4 Architecture contract in the additional <br />amount of $43.701 for design and construction administration for the Pleasanton <br />Library renovation.
