Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to terminate the <br />Public Improvement Agreement with Prudential Insurance Company for the <br />Foothill Road Reservoir and related improvements. (SR 94:384) <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Gary Schwaegerle, 189 W. Angela, expressed his desire to have single family homes on <br />the Case Avenue property or some other civic facility such as a convention center. He was <br />opposed to high density housing. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated Mr. Schwaegerle may not be fully aware of the funding for this <br />project and indicated a memo explaining it would be sent to him. <br /> <br />5. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Bert Felix, 2860 Garden Creek Circle, gave a brief review of the Marine Corps "Toys <br />for Tots" program and indicated he would be acting as liaison for any local organizations that <br />wished to participate. <br /> <br />6. MATTERS CONTINUED OF DECISION <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />Ado~atlon of policy for duplication of City Council meeting video tapes <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the meeting of December 6, 1994. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />Police Department Service and Staffing Levels (IR 94:68) <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner felt all departments should be evaluated in relation to each other and the <br />police department should not be singled out. She in~ticated the most appropriate time to do this <br />would be in conjunction with a review of the budget. <br /> <br /> Frank Brandes, 6889 Cone Sonada, indicated some statements made during a campaign <br />regarding public safety are disregarded as campaign rhetoric.
