MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 15, 1994 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Becky Dennis called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Gift Scout Troop 1579 presented the flag for the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br /> Dorothy Scribner thanked all those who had encouraged and supported her during the last <br />four years. She also thanked all those who gave her input during her term. She urged citizens <br />to take action and be responsible for the quality of life in the community. She believed Council <br />should be open and flexible and have a cooperative approach to solving the issues of the day. <br />She appreciated the opportunity to serve the community for the last four years. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico, Jr. and <br />Dorothy Scribner. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven <br />Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director <br />of Planning and Community Development; and Randall A. Lure, Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />Mayor Ben Tarver was absent and excused. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6a, Adoption of policy for duplication of City Council meeting video tapes, and <br />Item 7c, AP-94-10/UP-94-52, Frank Abigana, were continued to December 6, 1994. <br /> <br />11/15/94 <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
