CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Ben Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Dennis lead the assembly in the pledge of allegiance and read ten rules of life. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Dorothy Scribner, and Ben <br />Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven Bocian, Assistant <br />City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Randall A. Lum, Director of Public Works; Bill van Gelder, Traffic <br />Engineer, and Chris Sherwood, Management Analyst. <br /> <br />Councilmember Thomas P. Pico, Jr. arrived at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Councilmember Scribner requested that Consent Calendar Item 4e be moved for <br />discussion. It was moved to item 8b. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Scribner, that the following actions be <br />taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for September 20, 1994. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim October 1994 as "Family History Month" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />10/04/94 <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
