<br />4{)9 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />of <br />THE MEETING <br />of <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br />Pleasanton, California <br />December 15, 1969 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO F1A~ <br />Mayor Bernard Gerton called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Gerton were present. <br />Mr. Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager. Mr. Hirst, City <br />Attorney, and Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works, were present. CALENDAR <br />It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Rega that the <br />following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of the November, 1969, Claim Warrants in the amount of $90,034.42. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-291, Approving the First Amendatory Contract <br />to the original contract with H.U.D. regarding Open Space Grant No. OSC-30l(G). <br /> <br />c. Continuing to January 26, 1970, the approval of the Final Subdivision Map and <br />Improvement Plans for Tract No. 2892 (Longview), as requested by the Sub- <br />divider. <br /> <br />d. Continuing to January 26, 1970, the discussion of a letter from Dr. H. F. Long <br />regarding a Friendly Condemnation of Street Segment in Tract No. 2892. (Long- <br />view), as requested by Dr. Long. <br /> <br />e. Scheduling a public hearing for January 5, 1970, on the application of the <br />Planning Commission to amend Ordinance No. 520, to create an R-1-3000, R-I-4000. <br />R-1-5000 Single Family District to be applicable only on approval of a develop- <br />ment under the Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />f. Scheduling a public hearing for January 5. 1970, on an application to rezone <br />from the Agricultural District to the RM-4000 MUltiple Family District, that <br />property described as Parcel 14-4 of Assessor's Map Book 746, Block 1205, <br />containing approximately 21 acres, commonly known as 3153 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-292, Approving a one year time extension to <br />December 10, 1970, of Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2573, Mission <br />Park. <br /> <br />h. Accepting the report of the Planning Commission regarding the approval of the <br />Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 3165, Mackay Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />~. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-293, Accepting the public improvements in Tract <br />No. 2842, Pleasanton Valley, Unit No. 14. <br /> <br />j-l.Adoption of Resolution No. 69-294, accepting the easement from Vallin Homes. <br />Incorporated.
