From the P1ea~anton Housin~ Authority Re: Housin~ Element of the General plan Mr. Fales reviewed the above communication and recommended that this letter be referred to the staff and the planning Commission. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS Mayor Gerton asked Mr. Fales to contact the City of Livermore. V.C.S.D.. Alameda County and any other group working on the Smog problem and then arrange a joint study session with these agencies and organizations in order to try to establish a common Smog control problem. The Councilmen agreed not to hold City Council Meetings on December 22nd, and 29th, 1969.
