ROLL CALL City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid. Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Gerton were present. Mr. Fales. City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works. and Mr. Castro, Director of Planning, were present. ~ """" 00 ~ U U AGENDI\ AMENDMENTS There were no agenda amendments. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Reid that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved: a. Waiving of the reading of Ordinance No. 586, amending Ordinance No. 520, rezoning from the Agricultural District to the Commercial Neighborhood District, Office District and a Public and Institutional District or a Multiple District, that property described as Lot 1039, Tract 2953. or more commonly known as the southwest corner of Hopyard Road and West Las positas Boulevard. containing approximately 5.6 acres. b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 586. c. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-269. approving the specifications and calling for bids on December 5, 1969, at 4:00 P.~, on a one-ton Flat Bed Dump Truck. d. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-270, approving the agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric Company regarding Underground Utility District No. 69-1. and authorizing the disbursement of appropriate funds. e. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-271, accepting the demolition work completed at 371 Division Street and 388 St. Mary Street. and authorizing payment of ninety percent of the contract, amounting to $1.706.40. f. There being no public protests, it was moved by Councilman Reid and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the public hearing be closed. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Beratlis.
