Vlce-Mayor Splliotopoulos stated that he felt that a motion of appreciation to Pat Cates, Swim-to-Live,Instructor, was in order~ , It was moved by Vice-Mayor Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Rega that Mrs. Pat Cates be commended for her work in the Swim-to~Live Program.
