Mr. Fales reported that he had also forwarded copies of his letter to Mr. <br /> James Carskaddon, dated July 15, 1969, scheduling a study session regarding the <br /> Odd-Fellows Cemetery. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> There were no reports from the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no communications read at this meeting. <br /> <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilman Reid made some appropriate comments regarding Astronauts Nell <br /> Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin landing on the moon on July 20, 1969. <br /> <br /> Mayor Getton asked Mr. Fales to draft a commendation for Mr. Ted Y.
