Mr. Fales was instructed to <br /> meet with Tele-Vue Systems representatives and compile a report to the Council on <br /> the results of this meeting. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid asked Mr. Fales if he had received any replies to his letters to the <br /> ~eneral Services Administration regarding the exchange of government property in <br /> P!e8santon for private property in Southern California. Mr. Fales replied that he <br /> had not received any word other than from Mr. John Peters, a General Services <br /> A=iministration spokesman, who had indicated that a decision regarding this Droparty <br /> exchange would be forthcomming by June 1, 1970. Mayor Reid suggested that Mr. Fales <br /> invite representatives from G.S.A. to come to a City Council meeting to discuss <br /> this matter further. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fales thanked the press for the excellent publicity work they had done on this <br /> issue. <br /> <br /> 2 6-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
