Previous <br />reserved church site to be removed., ~aid property. g.eneral~X located on the south- <br />westeriV side of HoDyard Road and northerly of the Arroyo del Valle <br /> Mr. Fales reviewed the report of the Planning Commission, dated March 12, 1970, <br />regarding PUD-70-1, Mackay Homes, which recommended that the church site be located <br />south of the neighborhood shopping center and fronting on Valley Avenue. The re- <br />port further recommended that the previous church site be eliminated with this <br />approval. <br /> Mr. Aiello presented a map which showed both sites and explained that the re- <br />commended site would eliminate two single lots for family dwellings and two RM-4 <br />lots for multiple dwellings in this tract. <br /> Mayor Gerton declared the public hearing open. <br /> There being no public hearing protests, it was moved by Councilman Reid and <br />seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the public hearing be closed. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Gerton <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Rega and seconded by Councilman Reid that Resolution <br />No. 70-66, approving the application of Mackay Homes for an amendment to the Planned <br />Unit Development for tentative subdivision map, Tract 3165, to change the location <br />of a 4.0 acre church site, in accordance with the recommendation contained in the <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 995, adopted March 11, 1970, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlts, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Getton <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />FATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters to be continued for decision. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports scheduled for presentation at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />~port of the Recreation and Park Commission Re: Naming of Swim Center at Amador <br />Community Park <br /> Mr. Fales read the report from the Recreation and Parks Commission, dated April <br />3, 1970, and their Resolution No. R-70-13, adopted March 31, 1970, which recommended <br />the name of "Pleasanton Aquatic Center" for the swim center to be completed within <br />the Amador Valley Community Park. <br /> 2. <br /> <br /> <br />
