I-Jr. Fs. les, City I.i~ager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City <br />I, ianager, l~r. tIirst, City Attorney, I. ir. Campbell, Director of Public <br />Works and i4r. Castro, Director of Planning, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA I~INDb.tNTS <br /> <br />~.Ir. Fales requested that a matter regarding ~ application for a Special <br />Permit to hold an Auto Destruction Derby at the Alameda County Fair- <br />grounds be included on tile agenda under Special Reports. <br /> <br />Councilman Gerton requested that item 6-d, regarding ~ application for <br />a prelimina~ loath for Lo~,J-Rent Iiousing and item 9-a, regarding the <br />report of the City Manager on Gro~,xth Related Fees and Charges, be <br />deleted from the agenda, as he has not had sufficient time to study <br />these items due to his being absent on vacation. Mayor Reid suggested <br />that these items remain on the agenda as the discussion of them ~ght <br />be of some benefit to him. <br /> <br />CONSENT C~ENDAR <br /> <br />It was moved by Ccuncilman Beratlis and seconded by Co~cilm~ <br />Spi!iotopoulos that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar <br />be approved: <br /> <br /> a. ?Jaiving the reading of Ordinance No. 611, ~nexing property <br /> included on Annexation No. 65. Wyler-Per~, Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 611. <br /> <br /> c. iTaiving the reading of Ordin~ce No. 612, amending Ordinace <br /> No. 520, rezoning from the Comercial Freeway and Commercial <br /> Service Districts to the Office, P~lic and Institutional, <br /> and Industrial Park Districts, those properties described <br /> as Parcels 5-4 ~d 5-3, Block 157, Assessor's Map Book 94, <br /> said properties more commonly known as the Catholic Church <br /> a~d City and Co~ty of San Francisco parcels, located generally <br /> south of Bernal Avenue and west of Main Street ~d containing <br /> approximately 22.62 acres. <br /> <br /> d.
