<br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO FLAG
<br /> Mayor Robert Reid called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to
<br />order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag,
<br />
<br />ROLL CALL
<br /> City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: Council°
<br />men Beratlis, Getton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid were present. Mr.
<br />Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City Attorney,
<br />Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works, and Mr. Castro, Director of Planning, were
<br />present.

<br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS
<br /> Mr. Fales requested that item 4-b, approval of the Final Subdivision F~p and
<br />improvement Plans for Tract No. 3173, Oakhill, Unit No. 2, be removed from the
<br />Consent Calendar and be placed on the agenda for July 27, 1970.
<br />
<br />CONSENT CALENDAR
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Pearson
<br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved:
<br />
<br />a. Approval of the June, 1970, Claim Warrants in the amount of $70,660,48.
<br />
<br />c. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-165, accepting the Public Improvements in Trac~
<br /> No. 3034, Fairlands, Unit No. 5.
<br />
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
<br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Getton, PearsoB, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid
<br />NOES: None

<br />PUBLIC HEARINGS
<br />Application of the Planning Commission for certain amendments to Section 7.10________~2~
<br />Ord.. No. 520, eXp.anding and changing p~rmitted and conditional uses in Comnercial
<br />Zoning Districts
<br /> Mayor Reid declared the public hearing open.
<br /> Mr. Castro read the modifications listed in the report of the Planning Commis-
<br />sion, dated June 27, 1970.
<br /> There being no public protests, it was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded
<br />by Councilman Beratlis that the public hearing be closed,
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
<br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid
<br />NOES: None
<br />ABSENT: None

<br /> It was moved by Councilman Getton and seconded by Councilman Beratlts that
<br />Ordinance No. 606, amending Section 7,.I02, Ordinance No. 520, expanding and chang-
<br />ing permitted and conditional uses in Commercial Zoning Districts, be introduced.
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
