CITY COLR~CIL COr.~4iTTEE Pdi:PORTS Councilman Spiliotopoulos reported on the Valley Planning Committee meeting which he bad artended,. riATTERS INITIATED BY CC)[.,~NCIL ZlEMBERS Councilman Spiliotopoulos asked the City Attorney to contact the appropriate developer regarding the unfinished portion of Black Avenue. Councilman Gerton complained about the number of cats running at large, in the vacinity of his home on St. Mary Street. Mr. Fales replied that cats were not required to licensed and agreed that they were a problem. Mayor Reid reconvened the meetin.~ at 11:25 P.M. It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Pearson that Resolution No. 71-14, re-appointing Mr. F. Roger McLain and Mr. Dean B. Wise to full terms as members of the Pleasanton ttous- ing Authority Board of Commissioners, said terms to expire on January 25, 1975, be adopted.
