245 MINUTES of TttE MEETING of THE CITY COUNCIL Pleasanton, California January 11, 1971 CALL TO ORDER- PLEDGE TO FLAG Mayor Robert Reid called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 8:oo P.M. and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Beratlis, Ge~ton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid were present. Mr. Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager and Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, were present. Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works and Mr. Aiello, Acting Director of Planning, were absent. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mr. Fales asked that the item for approval of the December, 1970, City Council Minutes, be deleted from the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved, by' Councilman' Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Spiliotopoulos-that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved. b.. Waive the reading of Ordinance No. 621, amending Sections .2-5.21 ands2-6.24, City of Pleasanton Ordinance Code relating · to sections 'g' and 'h', Household Pets. c. IAdoption .of Ordinance No. 621. d. Waiving.the reading of Ordinance No. 623, amending City of Pleasanton ,Ordinance Code relating to Sewer Connection Fees for .~Commercial and Industrial Developments.
