MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS Mayor Reid granted Councilman Spiliotopoulos' request for a short Executive Session at this meeting. Councilman Beratlis requested that Tele-Vue Systems be contacted regarding the "black-out" of the Raider and 49er Games in this area, this past week-end, Mayor Reid stated that he was not satisfied with the level of trans- mission provided by Tele-Vue Systems. Councilman Gerton reported that the Air Pollution Control Bill has been si~ned by President Nixon, which will control pollution emission from automobi].es, by 1.976.
