AGENDA, AMENDMENTS Mr. Edgar requested that. the.approvals.of plans and speGifications and the call for bids for the Val Vista NeighborhoodPark,be_placed on .the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Beratlis.and seconded. by Councilman Spilio- topoulos that the followinglitems.~listed one'the Consent Calendar, be approved: a. Waiving of the reading of Ordinance No. 657i, Regarding the Foothill Road rezoning. b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 657 c. Adoption of Resolution~ No .... 72..4~,~ approving the pl'ans and specifications and calling=!'~for bids for Val, Vista Neighborhood Park. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION Report Re:. City Position regard Kaiser ReClamation Pro~ect. Mr. Edgar reviewed the draft of the City of Pleasanton's position re- garding the Kaiser Reclamation Project, which included seven separate items. Councilman Gerton suggested that the city should consider the cancell- ing of the use permid on a yearly basis instead of the-five year basis which was outlined in the report.
