MINUTES of THE MEETING of THE CITY .COUNCIL Pleasanton, California January 24, 1972 CALL TO ORDER -PLEDGE7 TO FLAG Mayor Robert Reid called the Regul~r.meeting of' the City .!Council to order at 8:00 P.M. and then led the pledge-!Iof~allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is~ recorded as follows: Councilman Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopolous and Mayor Reid. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, Mr. ICampbell, Director of .Public Works and Mr. Castro, Director of, Community Development, were present. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mr. Edgar requested that the award ofl cont!ra~ct fe~ phase III of the improvement of Amador Valley Park be approved as .a Consent, Calander item. CONSENT C~LENDAR It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Gerton that the following item be approved: a. Adoption of Resolution No. 72-14, awarding .the'~cen.tract for Phase III of Improvement of Amador Valley~CO. mmunity Park to Three-D Construction Company, Inc., 2330' Westwood Boulevard, Los Angeles, for the amount of +$23}148.00. The roll .call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopolous, and Mayor NOES: None Reid ABSENT: None STUDY SESSION - THE CURRENT AND PROJECTED ,. ADJOURNMENT There being-no further business at 10:46, it was moved by Council- man Beratlis and seconded by CoUnCilman G~ton that' the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Adjourned Reqular Session at 8:00 P.M. on January. 31, 1972.
