MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> November 8, 1972 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Robert Reid called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 5:30 P.M. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid were present. Mr. <br />Edgar, City Manager, and Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, were present. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 5.37 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Reid reconvened the meeting at 5:50 P.M. <br /> <br /> After an explanation by the City Attorney, it was moved by Councilman Herlihy, <br />and seconded by Councilman Mori, that Resolution No. 72-194, approving the agree- <br />ment between the City of Pleasanton, the Valley Community Services District, and <br />the various builders, be approved, and that the appropriate City officials be <br />authorized to execute the final agreement when all other appropriate parties have <br />signed, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 5:58 P.M., it was moved by Councilman <br />Pearson, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on November 13, 1972. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
