MINUTES of THE MEETING of THE CITY COUNCIL October31, 1972 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Robert Reid called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 5:00 P.M. ROLL CALL Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, and Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, were present. Mayor Reid recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 5.05 P.M. Mayor Reid reconvened the meeting at 5:55 P.M. Mayor Reid adjourned the meeting at 6:00 P.M., to meet again at 10:00 p.M. Mayor Reid called the meeting to order at 10:00 P.M. Mayor Reid recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:05 P.M. Mayor Reid reconvened the meeting at 11:34 P.M. It was moved by Mayor Reid, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that Resolution No. 72-185, authorizing the City Attorney to present to the Superior Court the City Council's intention to sign the agreement dated October 31, 1972, with the Valley Community Services District and the various Valley developers involved in litiga- tion with both the City and the District regarding the allocation of available sewer capacity subject to the clarifying changes that have to be made and subject to signatures being affixed to the final agreement, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT: None ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 11:37 P.M., it was moved by Councilman Herlihy, and seconded by Councilman Pearson, that the meeting be adjourned to. meet again in Adjourned Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on November 6, 1972, ' The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT: None Respectfully Submitted, WILLIAM H.
