ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid were present. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Itirst, City Attorney, Mr. Sooby, Director of Engineering Services and Mr. Castro, Director Of Community Development were present. i4r. Campbell, Director of Public Works was absent. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Pearson and seconded by Councilman Kinney that the following item listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved: a. Approval of City Council Minutes for October 24, 1972. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Mori, Pearson and Mayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT: None PUBLIC HEARINGS Discussion of the Environmental Impact Statement and application of the Planning Commission of the C. ity of Pleasanton to amend the existing z~n- ing for that propert~""'bounded on the north by Interstate Highway #580,' on the east by Inter~...tate Iti~hway #680, on the south by Stone..r_idge Drlve and on the west by Foothill Road. Discussion of the Environmental Impact Statement and Appeal of Willow West Properties from an adverse decision of the Planning CommiS'slon regarding CommerCla'l Zoning of the application for Regional Shopping Center. Mayor Reid presented a timetable and an agenda that would govern the presentations and discussions regarding the two shopping center sites in which equal time was allocated to each proponent. He further stated that with regard to Stoneson residential: a. No E.I.S. is required now since no project is involved, but Stone- son should be put on notice' that an E.I.S. :~ill be required at such time as the tentative development plan is submitted; and
