CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-157 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE YEAR CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 1988-89 THROUGH 1990-91 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Finance presented a staff report to <br /> the City Council outlining a Proposed Three Year <br /> Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years <br /> 1988-89 through 1990-91; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 5, 1988, the proposed <br /> Capital Improvement Program was reviewed and a <br /> public hearing was held to afford the public the <br /> opportunity to comment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, various changes were suggested which have been <br /> incorporated in the present staff report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Three Year Capital <br /> Improvement Budget and the appropriation of the <br /> funds effective July 1, 1988, with the $140,000 <br /> listed on Page 68 staying in road improvements. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 5, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> : <br /> <br />Peter D.
