After discussion, it was moved by Councilman Mori, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that Resolution No. 72-126, approving the application from Humble Oil and Refining Company for a temporary sewer holding tank for service station at Hopyard and Valley Avenue, with the condition that if proper care is not provided in com- plying with the requirements regarding the holding tank, the permit for the holding tank as well as the Conditional Use Permit for the service station could be re- voked, be adopted. Mr. Edgar presented a letter from Mrs~ Elizabeth Hall regarding the hazardous traffic condition at the corner of Vineyard and First Street~ CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilman Kinney reported on a meeting of the Sand and Gravel Committee re- garding E1 Charro Road resolution. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS Councilman Kinney commented that the Rodeo to be held at the Fairgrounds was a great addition to the community!~ Councilman Pearson stated that representation on SACEOA required more time than a Councilman was able to give, and suggested a member of the Community Concerns Committee be appointed to represent the City on this.
