CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-154 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND MATILDA <br /> TEIXEIRA FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR <br /> A RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 2820 VINEYARD <br /> AVENUE (PUD-88-3) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 5, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Blackburn Development Company and Matilda <br /> Teixeira for Planned Unit Development District rezoning <br /> and development plan approval for a 42 parcel <br /> single-family residential development to be located on <br /> an approximately 15 ace site located at 2820 Vineyard <br /> Avenue (PUD-88-3); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated January 28, 1988 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Blackburn Development Company and Matilda Teixeira <br /> for Planned Unit Development District rezoning and <br /> development plan approval for a 42 parcel single-family <br /> residential development to be located on an <br /> approximately 15 ace site located at 2820 Vineyard <br /> Avenue (PUD-88-3). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
