Councilman Kinney requested that a preliminary report regarding crosswalks in <br /> the City be placed on the next agenda for review. <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Application of the Planning. Commission re~ardin~ Preliminary P.U.D. Development <br /> Plan for Valley Realty (formerly Western Sierra Properties) Valley Avenue and <br /> Santa Rite Road <br /> Mayor P~o Tem Mori declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harris presented the staff report regarding this matter, stating that follow- <br /> ing the approval of any P.U.D. by the Planning Commission, the ordinance calls for <br /> all plans and documents to be referred to the City Council for their review and <br /> approval.
