CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-153 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE <br /> APPROXIMATELY 6.7 ACRES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD <br /> AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET EAST OF THE INTERSECTION <br /> OF EL CAPITAN DRIVE AND VINEYARD AVENUE TO THE <br /> PUD-(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-MEDIUM DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (RZ-88-3) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 5, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br /> an approximately 6.7 acre site located on the north side <br /> of Vineyard Avenue approximately 450 feet east of the <br /> intersection of E1 Capitan Drive and Vineyard Avenue to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated March 3, 1988 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for prezoning an <br /> approximately 6.7 acre site located on the north side of <br /> Vineyard Avenue approximately 450 feet east of the <br /> intersection of E1 Capitan Drive and Vineyard Avenue to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential District (RZ-88-3). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
