Attachment A <br /> PUD-80-2-10D <br /> <br />1) That the development shall substantially conform to the plans <br /> and elevations on file with the Planning Department, except <br /> as modified herein. <br /> <br />2) That this approval is only for the phase I portion of the <br /> project depicted on Exhibit A. The phase II portion will be <br /> required to be reviewed under a separate, future application. <br /> <br />3) That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br /> approval for case PUD-S0-2-2M. <br /> <br />4) That the comprehensive sign program for the complex shall <br /> conform to the criteria as shown on Exhibit A on file with <br /> the Planning Department. All signs shall be consistent with <br /> the approved Koll Center Design Guidelines, and shall be <br /> submitted for final review by the Planning Director prior to <br /> issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />5) The applicant shall submit reproducible mylar maps/site plans <br /> as required to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Fire <br /> Chief for base mapping purposes. <br /> <br />6) That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of development attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference except Conditions 7, 12, 29, 46 and <br /> 54. <br /> <br />7) That additional storefront windows, to match the remainder of <br /> the building, shall be installed along the north and west <br /> building elevations upon vacation of the site by the tenant <br /> (Associated Process Control). The final design of these <br /> future modifications shall be submitted for review and <br /> approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of any <br /> building permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
