295 <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a letter from Floyd Schoendienst, 2338 SandpiperWay, dated <br />Match 31, 1974, regarding Morrison Homes' suit against the City. Mayor Mori re- <br />quested the City Attorney and City Manager to respond to this letter. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilwoman LeClaire stated she was getting underway on her committee assign- <br />ments, and reported that with regard to the Traffic Committee and Highway 580 <br />Widening, there would be a central file established at City Hall for information <br />of the Council° <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori reported on the meeting of March 27, 1974, with V.C.SoD. and <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding financing contract, the meeting <br />of LAVWMA, and meeting the representatives of BASSA. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITLATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilman Herlihy requested Mr. Campbell to check into the low water pressure <br />on Angela Street° <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori requested that Scout Troups be invited to City Council meetings to <br />lead in the Pledge to the Flag. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> No one addressed the Chair. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mori recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 9:10 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori reconvened the meeting at 10:25 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:26 P.M., it was moved by Councilman <br />Philcox, and seconded by Councilman Kinney, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on April 8, 1974. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
