Mayor Pro Tem Herlihy stated that the ~c:,~lR of the C~y C~:uncil should be unified, and that they should be open and ~a~r ~'~uh the c~ci~un~ty and also look beyond the City boundary to the Valley-wide planning ~'rea ~or total involvement. He supported Councilman Mori as Mayor. It was moved by Councilwoman LoCisire, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that Resolution No. 74-32, appointing Councilman Mo~i as Mayor' for a term of one (1) year, be adopted. Mayor Mori requested that the City Council set priorities and suggested the sewer, regional shopping center, Valley transportation, and youth program, be considered soon.
