It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire, that Resolution No. 74-240, approving application for holding tank by Arrow Rentals at 4262 Stanley Boulevard, subject to the following conditions: (1) That detailed plans showing the location, construction materials and details as well as other pertinent data concerning this holding tank be submitted to and approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to installation of the tank; (2) That the property owner enter into a standard Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance of a building permit for this development. Execution of this agreement by proper City officials should be authorized by approval of this application; and (3) Staff to determine the size of holding tank necessary to service this property, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilman Herlihy, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Mori NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Kinney Matters for the Information of the Council Mr. Edgar presented a memorandum of the Director of Housing and Community Development regarding petition from Stoneridge Area residents bordering Foot- hill Road and solution to the traffic problem. Mr. Edgar presented a memorandum of the Assistant City Manager regarding certification of George Oxsen as Treatment Plant Operator. REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Adoption by reference to National Electrical Code and setting January 13~ as date for public hearing on the adoption of said ordinance Mr. Scheidig presented his report dated December 4, 1974, regarding this matter, stating that the 1975 Edition of this Code is now available and it is necessary for the City Council to adopt said Code by reference and establish a public hearing regarding the same. It was moved by Councilwoman LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that Ordinance No. 750, to be read by title only, and waiving further reading thereof, adopting the 1975 Edition of the National Electrical Code as published' by the National Fire Protection Association by reference, with certain changes, fixing penalties for violation and amending the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton accordingly and setting a public hearing for January 13, 1975, at 8:00 P.M., at the Justice Court, Pleasanton, California, be introduced. Letter from Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District~ Re: Expiration of term for 3ohn Vizzolini as Trustee of this District Mr. Edgar presented a letter dated December 3, 1974, from the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District regarding the expiration of term for John Vizzolini as Trustee on the Board. Mayor Mori requested this matter be referred to Executive Session.
