Carson~ Re: BART Bus Stop at Crestline Road and Valley Avenue <br /> Mrs. Emi'l~ J. Car's~n, 2'260 Cres'tlin~ Road, presentea apetition to the City <br />Council with 64 signatures, which read as follows: "We, the undersigned, are <br />opposed to the BART Feeder Bus Line Stop at Valley Avenue and Crestline Road. A <br />bus stop in this residential area will create a safety hazard for the children <br />due to the increase of cars which will be parked along the streets· We consider <br />the Alpha Beta Shopping Center, one block to the west, to be a more logical loca- <br />tion". <br /> <br /> Council explained the bus stops were on a trial basis at this time and would <br />be monitored very carefully in order to detect any problems that may arise due <br />to the new BART Feeder Bus System in the City. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jesse F.
