MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> August 19, 1974 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> ' ~y0r Floyd Mori called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br /> order at 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> COuncilman Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Mori <br /> were present. COuncl!man Herlihy was absent. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, <br /> City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, and <br /> Mr. Miller, Assistant to the City Manager, were present. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> L~bo~ Relations <br /> ' '~ayor Mori recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 5:01 P.M. <br /> <br /> Hayor Mori reconvened the meeting at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> ADJOUBI~IENT <br /> ".There'being no further business at 6:02 P.M., it was moved by Councilman Kinney, <br /> and Seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again <br /> in Regular SesSion at 8:00 P.M., on August 26, 1974. <br /> The_rql~.Callvote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilman Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and <br /> Hayor Mori <br />-- NOES| None <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Herlihy <br /> <br /> RSspectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> ' LLiAM H.
