MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> August 5, 1974 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Floyd Mori called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 5:00 PjM. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor <br />Mori were present. Mr. Campbell, Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, and <br />Larry Miller, Assistant to the City Manager, were present. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Labor Relations <br /> Mayor Mori recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 5:01 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori reconvenad the meeting at 5:55 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 5:56 P.M., it was moved by Councilwoman <br />LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Philcox, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Regular Session at 8|00 P.M., on August 12, 1974. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />L~WRENCE N.
