<br />Mr. Edgar presented a letter from the Board of Trustees of the Amador Valley

<br />item.

<br />Report, Re: Approval of DeVor-Busch Agreements
<br /> Mr~ Scheidig presented his report dated June 19, 1975, regarding this item.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember McLain,
<br />approving the Agreement between DeVor Nurseries, Inc., and the City for street
<br />improvement work, and authorizing execution of the Agreement by the Mayor.

<br />Mro Scheidig presented his report dated June 19, 1975, regarding this matter.
<br />He advised that the Local Agency Formation Commission authorized annexation
<br />without notice and hearing per Government Code Section 54797.1.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy,
<br />that Resolution No. 75-138, approving Annexation No. 69 to the City and authorize
<br />£iling of resolution with the Secretary of State, be adopted.

<br /> Councilmember LeClaire reported on the ACAP/ACTEB meeting of June 18, 1975,
<br />stating that three and one-half million dollars is being expended to fund pro-
<br />g~am~ on poverty, manpower, and human needs.

<br />Leag~e Committee on Government and Administration in Sacramento on July 14,
