427 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> June 17, 1975 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Edward Kinney called the Executive Session of the City Council to order <br />at 5:00 P.M., to discuss Labor Relations negotiations with P.C.E.A. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, <br />Philcox, and Mayor Kinney were present. Councilmember McLain was absent. Mr. <br />Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, and Mr. Miller, Assistant to <br />the City Manager, were present. Mrs Ketth Fleming, I.E.D.A., was also present. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 5:05 P.M., to <br />discuss Labor Relations° <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney reconvened the meeting at 5:54 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mayor Kinney adjourned the meeting at 5:55 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM ~.
