<br />409 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />of <br />THE MEETING <br />of <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />June 2, 1975 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG <br />Mayor Edward Kinney called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, <br />McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney were present. Mro Edgar, City Manager, Mr. <br />Campbell, Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, Mr. Eaton, Director <br />of Field Services, Mr. Caporusso, Recreation Superintendent, Mr. Sooby, Director <br />of Engineering Services, Mr. Miller, and Mr. Walker, Assistants to the City <br />Manager, were present. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br />Individual Departmental Presentations <br />Mr. Miller made introductory comments regarding individual Departmental <br />presentations. <br /> <br />(1) Department of Field Services <br />Mr. Eaton reviewed the organization, operations, and problems related to <br />Field Services. <br /> <br />(2) Department of Recreation <br />Mr. Caporusso reviewed the organization, operations, and problems related <br />to the Recreation Department. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business at 10:05 P.M., Mayor Kinney adjourned the, <br />meeting, to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on June 9, 1975. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />W~I if t?tHf 'do)f <br />WILLIAM H.
