<br /> Mayor Pro Tem Kinney recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:45 P.M.

<br /> Mayor Pro Tem Kinney reconvened the meeting at 11:10 P.M.
<br />
<br /> It was moved by Councilwoman LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Philcox,
<br />approving letter to be sent to Paul DeFalco, Environmental Protection Agency, as
<br />drafted by the City Attorney.
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
<br />AYES: Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Pro Tem Kinney
<br />NOES: None
<br />ABSENT: Councilman Herlihy and Mayor Mori

<br />Appointments
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Philcox, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire,
<br />that Resolution No. 75-37, reappointing Hank Gomez to a four year term on the
<br />Park and Recreation Commission, said term to expire February 15, 1979, be adopted.
<br />The roll call vote was as follows:
<br />AYES: Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, and Mayor Pro Tem Kinney
<br />NOES: None
<br />ABSENT: Councilman Herlihy and Mayor Mori

<br /> It was moved by Councilwoman LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Philcox,
<br />that Resolution No. 75-38, reappointing Jerry Wilfley to a four year term on the
<br />Park and Recreation Commission, said term to expire February 15, 1979, be adopted.

<br />that Resolution No. 75-39, appointing Mrs. Harriet Stephens to fill the unexpired
<br />term of Erica Perry on the Community Concerns Committee, said term to expire
<br />October 20, 1976, be adopted,
