Council <br />commended Mr. Campbell for his diligence° <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY (~pnt~...) <br />Approval of resolution exemptinS. various minor acquisitions and dispositions of <br />prop.arty fr.0m the requirements of Government Code Section 6540~ <br /> Mr. Scheidtg explained his report of December 3, 1975, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Council concurred not to make any change in the exemption <br />of various minor acquisitions and dispositions of property from the requirements <br />of Government Code Section 65402. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilmembers presented various Committee reports for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS pedestrian barriers on walkways <br /> Councilmember Philcox expressed concern regarding thex%t~kW~zS~d~at schools <br />being unlocked, and requested this matter be checked into for correction. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> No one in the audience addressed the Chair. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the Calendar for the Council's information. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pending Litigation <br /> Mayor Pro Tom Herlihy recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 9:50 P.M. <br />to discuss pending litigation~ <br /> <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Herlihy reconvened the meeting at 10:30 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:35 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember McLain, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Adjourned Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on December 15, 1975. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers LoCiairs, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Pro Tom Herlihy <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Kinney <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
