Angela Street <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney recessed the meeting at 10:35 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney reconvened the meeting at 10:50 P.M., and continued the public <br />testimony for those speaking in opposition to the revised proposed Redevelopment <br />Plan and the Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br /> Irving Googins, 311 Christina Court <br /> <br /> This concluded the public testimony. <br /> <br /> Councilmember LeClaire stated she looked forward to an opportunity to respond <br />to questions and statements raised by citizens, at a later time. <br /> <br /> At this time the Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency took action to defer a decision <br />on the Final Environmental Impact Report on the Redevelopment Plan until after the <br />March 2, 1976, Municipal Election. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney stated that at this time the City Council is in Session and in view <br />of the action taken earlier tonight it is now in order for the City Council to move <br />that consideration of the proposed revised Redevelopmerit Plan be postponed until <br />after the March 2, 1976, Municipal Election. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, <br />that a decision regarding the proposed revised Redevelopmerit Plan be postponed until <br />after the March 2, 1976, Municipal Election. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney stated that this concludes the matter of the Pleasanton Redevelop- <br />ment Plan. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Mayor Kinney declared the meeting of the City <br />Council adjourned at 11:10 P.M., in the Memory of Bernard T.
