CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilmembers presented various Committee reports for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilmember McLain asked about the status of the Community Concerns Committee. <br />Mr. Edgar stated that a report would be forthcoming soon regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember McLain explained an ad hoc committee he had formed to work on the <br />noise element of the General Plan, to alleviate staff time on this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Herlihy inquired as to when the Bridge over the Creek would be <br />made useable. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the calendar for the Council's information. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Kinney recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:40 P.M., to <br />discuss litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney reconvened the meeting at 12:20 A.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:25 A.M., it was moved by CouncilmemBer <br />McLain, and seconded by Councilmember Philcox, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Adjourned Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on November 3, 1975. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
