After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Philcox, and seconded by <br />Councilmember LeClaire, that Resolution No. 75-201, denying request by Dr. <br />Howard Long for a modification of the Subdivision Ordinance provisions of the <br />City of Pleasanton, especially Section 2-3.40, Article 7, Chapter 1, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to private streets, <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember McLain <br /> <br /> requested that a committee be formed, composed of a City Council <br />member, Planning Commissioner, City Manager and appropriate staff, to meet with <br />the developer in an attempt to resolve the problems addressed at the hearings <br />before the City Council and Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> Mr. Maines indicated that he would be willing to take part in any meetings <br />in an attempt to solve the problems related to this development, however, for <br />the record he stated he would not waive any rights for his client. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 2:50 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />Herlihy, and seconded by Councilmember Philcox, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on September 22, 1975. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, Philcox, and Mayer Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember McLain <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
